Ashley and Kelly will be hosting an evening of demonstrations and chat. Watch and pick up tips on chocolate making and cocktail shaking- we'll also be shaking some cocktails for you to try too, as well as trying tasty chocolate treats. You will get chance to view our full festive range of products in our little shop and try the new limited edition spirits Kelly has been devising over the last few months. Fairfax Distillery & Chocolatiers will be once again at the Yorkshire Winter Wonderland within the grounds of the York Designer Outlet. We will be open daily from 11am until 6pm in our festive cabins, one for chocolate, one for our spirits! We will have a whole host of items to sample and buy -also our full range of festive chocolate items and spirits. Perfect gifts and treats for everyone. This year promises to be a even better than last year with double the amount of cabins selling local gifts and festive necessities. One of the most special day in our calendar, the opportunity to host you and your family here at Ye Old Sun Inn, Colton. The atmosphere is relaxed, calm and ‘family’….. Be greeted upon your arrival with a Fairfax Cocktail (or mocktail for the drivers and none drinkers!), before being shown to your table in the restaurant where your 5 course dinner will begin. As always, Ashley and the team in the kitchen will be using local produce from our repertoire of small producers. Creating a culinary treat for everyone, whether you choose traditional or not! We only have one sitting, asking guests to arrive between 12/12.30pm. This ensures you don’t feel rushed and can relax knowing you can leave when you’re ready to do so… maybe for that long afternoon walk or just to chill at home with another drink! Santa has already mentioned that he’ll be dropping off some presents for each guest too, so make sure everyone has been good this year! He drops by every year on his way home from his ‘day’ job. Dietary requirements will need to be discussed prior to booking if the menu doesn’t suit guests restrictions as these cannot be dealt with on the day.
